Pricing Information

How Our Prices Are Calculated

The price of each service is determined according to:

• the package selected;
• the duration of the service;
• the number of guests;
• the event location;
• any additional products or services requested.

Once the client submits the contact form with the details of their event, Fizzy Affairs will prepare a personalised quotation based on the event requirements and the client's preferences.

The quotation will specify the total price and, where applicable, any additional charges. No additional charges will be applied without the client's prior agreement.

Consumer Mediation

Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to refer a dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge after first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Fizzy Affairs.

Right of Withdrawal

Exemption from the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings for leisure services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

• Deposit (25%): required to secure the booking.
• Final payment: due no later than 14 days before the event, 31/05/2025.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the event, the deposit is fully reimbursed.

Service Conditions

• Any damages to the equipment due to negligence will be billed to the client.
• In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be possible upon agreement.
