Payment Terms

Deposit (25%): required to secure the booking.
Final payment: due no later than 14 days before the event, 31/05/2025.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the event, the deposit is fully reimbursed.

Service Conditions

Any damages to the equipment due to negligence will be billed to the client.
In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be possible upon agreement.
