About us

Hi, I’m Elena — the founder of Fizzy Affairs and the heart behind the bubbles! With over 13 years of experience in luxury yachting hospitality, I’ve learned just how powerful attention to detail can be — and how truly special it is to bring joy to life’s most meaningful moments. Creating unforgettable experiences has always been my passion, and Fizzy Affairs is a celebration of that.

Now based in beautiful Antibes, I’m embracing a new chapter, learning French, and happily integrating into this charming community I now call home.

What I love most about Fizzy Affairs is being part of people’s happiest days — weddings, anniversaries, and celebrations filled with love, laughter, and sparkle. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the joy in someone’s eyes as they raise a glass to a moment they’ll never forget.

Our Wine

I'm proud to serve Prosecco that comes from a winery nestled in the low plains between Italy’s Veneto and Friuli regions — an area steeped in winemaking history. The winery has been family-run since 1925, and it’s still in the hands of it's descendants today.

What really sets this Prosecco apart for me is the philosophy behind it: a balance of tradition and innovation, all with deep respect for the environment. The winery is powered entirely by solar energy, and everything is done with sustainability in mind — from the vineyard to the bottle..

Every glass reflects the care, passion, and authenticity that go into making it. I chose this Prosecco because I believe in what it represents: quality crafted at nature’s pace.
